We are appointment only and are currently working off of booking periods. Please check out our booking info tab for more information. If we ever have a walk-in event, that information will be posted on our social media.
We do our best to provide our clients with the best possible experience. This means allowing our artists to have plenty of time to focus on their upcoming appointments. Because of their demanding schedules, we do not offer in person consultations for most tattoos. You will be able to express what you would like in detail in your tattoo request email during the booking process. Please put all details that are important to your design in the tattoo request.

NEW CONSULTATION OPTION
For some extensive pieces, we will require a $50 one time consultation fee to discuss the details of your piece in person. Large pieces that require more time, research, and money may need more discussion than your average tattoo.
-This will be a 15-30 minute in person consultation. You and your artist will discuss placement, size, design details, etc.
-This will be scheduled once your tattoo request is accepted.
-A $100-$300 deposit will be required at the consultation to move forward with the project. (Your $50 consultation fee will not come off this deposit/tattoo).
-This will not guarantee an appointment during the booking period but will grant you priority booking for the next booking period. We will do our best to get you in during the current booking period.
-Please come prepared to have photographs taken of the area you wish to get tattooed.
-Come prepared with as many reference images, resource materials, etc. as possible. Please email these references to ophidiantattoo@gmail.com
Shop minimum: $120 - $200 depending on the artist
Hourly rate: $150-$200/hour depending on artist or piece
All appointments require a $100-$300 non-refundable deposit.

We require a $100-$300 deposit taken through our Square processing system to lock in your appointment! This amount comes off the price of your tattoo each appointment. In some cases—for example, larger and/or more time-consuming pieces—a deposit of $300 may be required. Please give us a 72 hour notice if you can not make your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable (given a 72 hour notice) up to 1 year from the date of the transaction if you need to rebook for the months of January-November.
December deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
Nope! We take cash, card, and ApplePay. Bring whatever you prefer! :)
You can now use Afterpay one of two ways:
-before your appointment by purchasing an E-giftcard through your Square appointment confirmation!
-if you're pre-approved for Afterpay already, you can use it at checkout!

You are free to bring a guest with you to your appointment but they will need to stay in the lobby during the tattooing. We have a pretty small space and like to keep the tattooing area as spacious as possible. You can always take breaks to show your guest progress and check in with them!
It is shop policy that we do not send out ANY artwork (drawings, sketches) before the appointment.
We do allow time for minor changes to your design during the day of your appointment. If there are any major changes, you may need to send in more information and the appointment date may be pushed back to accommodate these changes. If you wait until the day of the appointment to mention these changes, or the artist doesn’t feel the time booked is enough to finish, you will be rescheduled.
We ask that you communicate any changes to your design the week of your appointment. Please arrive to the shop no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. We ask that you eat something before your appointment.
The tattooing process is already uncomfortable, so make sure you are wearing something you'll feel comfortable in! Depending on the location, you may want to bring something that will help cover up certain places that might show.
Example: Bring a flannel if you are getting your back worked on! This will help keep your back exposed while covering up your chest!

If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. You will need to place a new deposit if you wish to reschedule.
If you've given us an advanced notice, your deposit can transfer to your rescheduled appointment.
Downtown parking can be challenging. Please allow enough time to find parking before your appointment.

Free touch-ups are offered within the first six months of your last appointment, unless previously discussed. Locations like finger tattoos often do not qualify for a free touch up. Touch ups are only applicable to our artist's work. If you are looking for a touch up for someone else's work, this would be a different appointment type. Please also remember that touch-ups are up to our artist's discretion. If your touch-up does not fall within these parameters, there may be a charge.
